"Worst experience ever! I spent almost 10 hours at this salon (1 PM to 10:15 PM), and still, the result was nothing like what I asked for. They applied 3–4 different colors on my hair, leaving me with multiple random shades instead of the one I wanted. On top of that, my hair fall started after the coloring. A professional salon is expected to respect the customer’s time, money, and hair health — but this place failed in all aspects. Overall, my experience was terrible and a complete waste of time and money. I would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone for hair coloring."
